Her extensive cross-industry expertise and firsthand business ownership experience make her an invaluable member of the Spader Group team.

With over two decades of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, human resources, client support, and financial operations, Julie has successfully managed administrative and accounting functions across a wide range of industries, including multi-location retail, commercial HVAC sales, agricultural technology, and transportation. As a small business owner herself, she understands the day-to-day challenges entrepreneurs face and brings both practical insight and strategic perspective to every client relationship.

Julie is known for her ability to combine financial expertise with a solutions-focused mindset. Drawing on her diverse professional background, she helps clients streamline processes, solve complex challenges, and gain greater confidence in their business operations and financial decision-making.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys exploring America's highways with her husband and four children. A dedicated (and self-described "average") half-marathon runner, she values staying active and embraces new challenges.
