Kari Kasel has been a valued member of the Spader Group team since 2015, bringing with her a diverse and well-rounded background that includes sales and marketing, office and project management, and accounting and payroll processing. Her broad skill set, combined with her exceptional attention to detail, allows her to support both clients and teammates with consistency, accuracy, and care.

Kari is known as the go-to person for complex, detail-driven projects. She approaches every task with diligence and follow-through, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Through managing multi-million-dollar accounts and working closely with clients and colleagues at all levels of management, she has gained a unique and insightful perspective on how Spader Group can best serve its clients and help their businesses thrive. Her strong organizational skills and proactive mindset help ensure every project is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Extremely focused and solution-oriented, Kari doesn’t give up until every issue has a clear answer and resolution. She is deeply committed to making sure each client feels confident that their project is receiving the team’s full attention and is being handled with care and precision. Client satisfaction is always her top priority.

Kari has a true passion for helping clients take their businesses to the next level. She finds it incredibly rewarding to watch clients grow, evolve, and succeed, and she loves knowing that her work plays a meaningful role in that journey. Outside of work, Kari is married and has two children. Their family enjoys traveling during the winter months and camping throughout the summer. Big Disney fans, they have taken their kids multiple times and cherish frequent gatherings with their large extended families. In her spare time, Kari loves to unwind and “escape” into a good book.
