Kaz brings a well-rounded background in accounting, business administration, and client management to the Spader Group team. He graduated with bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and has spent the past six years working with a variety of small and mid-sized businesses, including residential property companies, dental offices, restaurants, and more.

What Kaz enjoys most about his work is building relationships with business owners and helping them better understand and strengthen their businesses. Spader Group’s commitment to supporting clients and helping them grow aligns closely with what Kaz values most. Seeing a business owner gain confidence and watching a business evolve into what they envision is one of his favorite parts of being an accountant.

Kaz also appreciates the family-like team environment at Spader Group. He enjoys continuously learning, collaborating with his teammates, and finding ways to support both clients and coworkers each day.

Outside of work, Kaz is all about sports, the outdoors, and family. He is a proud Packers fan and dad to three children, and he loves stepping into their world of imagination. You’ll often find Kaz enjoying walks with his wife, hiking, or spending time outdoors with his family.
