Job Description

PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVES The Bookkeeping Account Manager will provide assistance to business owners that are company clients of Spader Group, LLC. Specific tasks will vary by client.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting up and maintaining client’s bookkeeping needs using QuickBooks Online

  • Income/Expense entry

  • Account reconciliations

  • Quarterly (or Monthly) Financial Reviews with Clients to discuss the financial health of their business, determine goals of their business and review metrics to support their efforts.

  • This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open communication with your supervisor.

  • Specific tasks/duties will vary by client. Clear expectations will be delivered at the beginning of a project.

  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the specified timeframe with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Preparation of timely and accurate reports using QBO, Microsoft Office and/or Google applications.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Accounting with QuickBooks Online Experience is a MUST. (Min 2 years)

  • · Computer and internet literacy

  • · Prior bookkeeping experience

  • · Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all output

  • · Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) & Google Drive applications

This is an hourly, full or part-time, position starting at a minimum of 25 hours/week with growth potential to 35+ hrs/week, W2 position. The position is 100% work from home.

· Must have day time availability, M-F during normal business hours

· Must be able to attend team meetings in Hastings, MN (no travel reimbursement)
