Kylie graduated in December 2020 with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.

She loves that Spader Group is a team. If she is unsure of anything, she knows she can ask the other team members and they will help her out.

In her role, Kylie loves helping business owners with tasks, even the smallest tasks, so that they can focus on growing and improving their business.

Kylie is currently attending the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point to pursue a doctorate degree in audiology.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports and learning sign language.
